CIMBA: Paderno del Grappa - Graduate and MBA Program

Full-time MBA Program: The unique and dynamic CIMBA Full-time MBA program offers an accelerated, 11-month program that focuses on giving you tools to empower yourself and those around you both personally and professionally. You will earn an international MBA degree from the top-ranked, AACSB-accredited University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and study on two continents along the way. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of business from top-ranked faculty through hands-on activities and projects, but the program is also infused with innovations in leadership through the distinctive CIMBA Leadership Institute, designed to help you develop skills to effectively manage and lead others to higher levels of performance. You will also have access to one of the most comprehensive, highly personalized coaching programs around the globe. During the program, you will learn about your strengths and skills to improve, how to overcome barriers and manage stress and conflict, develop better social skills, and more.

Summer Graduate Program: During the summer months, CIMBA opens its doors to students from around the world for our summer graduate program. The program is designed to allow graduate students to participate in courses not readily available at their home institutions and gain valuable international experience. The three-credit courses are about two weeks in length and taught entirely in English. Due to the condensed duration of the summer program, you can choose to stay in Italy and travel more extensively after the program, or return home to pursue an internship for the remainder of the summer. Our summer graduates take classes with our CIMBA Full-time and Part-time MBA students, which provides all groups a unique opportunity to expand their personal and professional networks.
