An unforgettable Semester Past Review

By (Mathematics, Middlebury College) - abroad from 01/26/2015 to 05/16/2015 with

CIEE: Prague - Central European Studies

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned what it's like to be surrounded by another culture. I wasn't able to read many things (especially in the beginning) and had to navigate and figure things out with limited use of my phone. It was definitely worth while. I learned about lot about myself and how to adapt to a new culture and live on my own.

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
