LOTS of gains in my skills with Shakespeare, text analysis, and physical comedy. And weirdly, my writing ability got a good deal better as a result of Dramatic Criticism. Daniel J Souza - Brandeis University View Entire Review
My acting skills have changed forever and my love of acting has only increased. Juliette G - Middlebury College View Entire Review
I learned so much through all of the acting and theatre-based classes. Living in London, while expensive, was truly an amazing experience and I think we all really fell in love with the city and all that it had to offer. A student - University of Southern California View Entire Review
I really came to accept who I am as a person as well as learning to throw myself 500% into my art form and never holding back for any reason. This was one of the most valuable experiences I have ever had. A student - University of Southern California View Entire Review
I learned a huge amount about theatre, particularly about Shakespeare. It was absolutely worthwhile, but the program has some kinks it needs to work out. A student - Sarah Lawrence College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about how to be a disciplined actor. As a B.A., that don't stress the discipline when it comes to being on time, professionalism, etc as they do in a conservatory. Many of the ideas I already knew but the program just forced me to act on them daily. I also learned just how different people are and think in the U... The best thing i've ever done. Benjamin L - Brandeis University View Entire Review
The theatre training you receive at BADA is amazing! It was the most helpful thing I have ever done in terms of acting. It is a very, very rigorous program, but if you through yourself into it, you will thank yourself for your hard work. A student - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself, which is invaluable. I do think I've grown as an actor too. I just wish I enjoyed the process a bit more. I wish I liked my classes more than I did. A student - Sarah Lawrence College View Entire Review
Opportunity for good ensemble experiences and to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable instructors and directors. Semester-long program helped me grow enormously as a performer in a way that was not possible at my home institution. A student - Oberlin College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself and my independence, in addition to the acting techniques. Being so far away, and with limited contact to my friends and family at home, I had to figure almost everything out on my own. At first it was scary, but eventually it became liberating. I am no longer afraid of living on my own, in a city in... Elizabeth W - University of Southern California View Entire Review
It was absolutely worthwhile. Living in another country gives you a completely unique perspective on life and the world. It was so good to get away from campus for a semester and be reminded that the world is so much bigger than one small college campus. I had the opportunity to see so much fantastic theatre and to make some inc... Leah A - Reed College View Entire Review
I have gained so much as an actress as well as made great, long lasting friendships. I also fell in love with London and the other European cities I got to visit briefly. It was very worthwhile! A student - Brandeis University View Entire Review
