What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My experience abroad was definitely worthwhile. I learned how to live independently and also about Australian culture. I also had the chance to do some traveling and learn more about the world as well as myself.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The Australian Culture and Society course gave a great introduction to the country and was well taught with guest lectures. The elective courses were great as well!

On-site administration of your program

The administrators for the program were very helpful however sometimes could be disorganized.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The living arrangements were great and I appreciated having my own room but also living so close to friends.

* Food:

This was my first time preparing food completely on my own and it was a great experience.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The internship experience made me feel integrated into the local culture however other than that, I felt like an observer of the culture.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I personally didn't have any health issues while abroad, however, friends that did had positive experiences with accessibility and ease of use.

* Safety:

I never felt unsafe during my time abroad.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I really enjoyed this program and being able to take challenging classes as well as participating in an internship.
