I learned that I am able to do things and overcome obstacles I used to be so anxious about. I made lasting friendships with people who were learning the same things about themselves and growing and exploring the country together. It was the most worthwhile four months of my life.

I had an incident where i needed to go to the hospital and receive stitches, and my OSHC was effective, and the healthcare system ran smoothly and made me comfortable. |

Yes
Australia and Bond specifically was the experience of a lifetime. I learned so much about myself and grew in independence and confidence. Australia lends itself to beautiful travel and cultural diversity without pushing someone too far out of their comfort zone, and I enjoyed every day. |

It was a very expensive life style. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Make sure you go to Australia with enough money to travel a lot. I travelled most weekends which is where a ton of my money went, but it would have been pointless to go to Australia and not see as much of it as possible. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | You have to step right out on the very first day and make sure not a single day is wasted. The time flies by and I am so sad to think that I spent even one day not trying new things or exploring the vast opportunities and beauty Australia had to offer. Additionally, Bond is academically challenging, and this is not necessarily a blow off abroad educational experience. Find school and fun balance early. |
