Amizade: Ghana

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained more confidence in myself to know that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. I made many lasting relationships with fellow students as well as with people in our host community. I don't take things for granted anymore and want to see and help more places throughout the world now.

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

My overall educational experience was amazing. I learned so much more during this program then I could ever learn inside a typical classroom!

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The program size was small which made getting things done and being able to do specific activities we wanted to do much easier. The program administration was great and always has been. They love their country and have so much knowledge, and it shows.
