What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My study abroad experience was completely worth while. I was exposed to an entirely new culture, my language skills improved greatly, and I was able to witness and be a part of relationship structures unique to the Middle East.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Don't spend all your money on Spring Break. There is plenty to do in Jordan or in Israel and Palestine.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Just force yourself to speak in Arabic at school. It's a finite time and it will help a lot. Also find a really great language partner.
