Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Amazing teachers, advisors, and mentors throughout the whole program! Such a great experience getting to learn from international teachers.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

LSBU has a great mix of domestic and international students which made for an incredible learning environment. I am so thankful for everyone I met through the LSBU international office!

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in a flat with 3 international students and 3 London locals. I still keep in touch with everyone I met! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was amazing for the location that we were in!

* Food:

I truly enjoyed being able to try all of the new foods, especially at all of the great markets that London has to offer!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I met so many amazing people from all over the world that I still have the pleasure of keeping in contact with!

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Academic Studies Abroad has the most amazing staff who time after time went above and beyond for me. No matter what time of day I was always able to speak with someone who was eager to help me out! The most affordable, friendly, fun, and over all well rounded company to study abroad with for sure!

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

London is very expensive but there are plenty of ways to make it work - like grocery shopping and cooking meals at home!

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
