What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Totally worth while. The only reason I didn't give it a five was because I didn't travel enough inside the country.

Review Your Program

On-site administration of your program

They were great.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived with a family with two sons. The home I stayed in was very nice.

It was a long walk to class and the center of town, but by bus it was only about 10 minutes.

* Food:

Good food, but it got old after a while.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

IT was a great time.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Depended on if I bought gifts for friends and family. Just living was pretty cheap. I could easily live on between 30 and fifty bucks a week travel no included.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Budget money for travel and gifts. Things are cheap so you will want to buy a lot, but if you bugdet your money for gifts it will help.
