"Extremely worthwhile. Every single day that I've been back, I wish I was still in London. It's so important to choose a location that will fit you. For me, London was exactly that. The culture, the city, the food, the architecture, everything about it was such a great fit for me."

"It was definitely worthwhile. I'd never been out of the US before and always wanted to go abroad. That alone makes the experience worthwhile. I gained a better understanding of not only English culture, which is useful to my major, but also a better understanding of Europe in general. "

"It was definitely worthwhile. I learned that had I prepared more thoroughly, my first month or so would have probably been easier. But I also knew that I had a learning curve and though it took awhile, once the language clicked, it really felt like I had begun to truly internalize Arabic."

"I learned so much about Spanish and European culture, and even a little about Moroccan culture. I also learned some things about myself and about Wellesley. I have seen a society that is able to function without constant stress, I knew it existed, and I hope to emulate it, but I know it will be even more difficult for my Wellesl..."

"My host family will be lifetime friends of mine, I made new Wellesley and Smith friends, my Spanish improved immensely, and I got to spend four months in one of the most beautiful and ancient European cities. "It sounds very cliche, but I definitely gained independence from this study abroad trip. Going into it I was excited but also very worried that I would feel lonely, being many miles away from my family and really anyone that I knew.
