Projects Overland is a volunteer organization based in Tanzania, operated through the Anglican Church of Tanzania. We have offices in Arusha, Moshi and Zanzibar and support projects in medical placements, schools, orphanages and community projects (eg. AIDS, human rights).
Projects Overland volunteers come from all over the world and we offer them safe and affordable accommodation, 24/7 support, rewarding experiences and much more. Our aim is to empower and support communities in need – because although Tanzania is getting lots of tourists every year, it is still a developing country where health care and education are rare commodities.
