Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It is beneficial to pack month-worth of toiletries, and dried food to help you settle and reduce spending a lot of money before getting used to the environment. Make sure you plan, budget the total amount you spend when going out and stick to that. If you are visiting another area research in advance, what the special cuisine is so you experience the culture and where you can get this at a cheaper price. Get a railcard if you plan to travel a lot it will save you a lot of money.
