Good memories Past Review

Worcester College, University of Oxford - Visiting Students Program

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I got to learn topics in my major from people who were experts in their fields and get individual attention every week. I was pushed and challenged to be more precise and understand the nuances. I also got to have a lot of fun meeting people and traveling. While there were times where it was difficult, overall, I had a lot of fun.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The tutorial system was very different than anything I was used to, but it challenged me in a different way. There was more depth than breadth in everything I learned, and choosing which sources I should actually read was also a skill I learned to develop. My tutors were amazing, and I felt like I left the semester with more knowledge on my topics than I had expected.
