What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was worthwhile. I learned things about social work that I wouldn’t here in the U.S. I had one on one assessments and developed life long relationships with clients.

It was a good experience and I was definitely out of my comfort zone. I learned a lot and enjoyed my time with everyone around me!

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Bring an umbrella for the rain, a pair of flip flops for the showers, and a sleeping bag because you don’t know what animal may join you in your sleep!
