I practiced with everybody, Most people were limited in English. For the most part I used the same amount of English as I did in Spanish. People will understand even if you do not have a handle on the language yet.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I think if you have a good handle on Spanish, the basics you will be fine. I was very worried I was not going to understand a thing. Everybody was friendly and you will be amazed on how much you learn just by going to the market.
