Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The work done in class didn't have anything to do with our experience abroad. We were not prepared at all for our trip.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

None of the hostels provided TOWELS. A person also had to pay for internet which I thought was ridiculous.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Paris was scary and I did not feel safe with my Professor leading the way.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Most of them spoke English in London, Paris was harder. We had no practice in French.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Paris isn't all it's cracked up to be, I personally wouldn't waste my time or money on going there again.
