What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Yes, studying abroad was absolutely worthwhile. You learn to appreciate things that we have here in America and the way other people around the world live. Studying abroad gives you a more well rounded view of the world and current issues. Hong Kong is a great place to study because it accepts foreigners, yet is an exotic experience for Americans. It is also serves as a great place to travel around South East Asia from.
