I learned how to be more self-sufficient, and how to interact with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures. It was certainly worthwhile.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? try to make your own food as much as possible, and save money by taking grocery shopping trips to the bigger stores in the city

  • more rigorous coursework
  • more communication ahead of time with institution
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? That taking a flight through dublin en route to england (while cheaper) led to 48 hours of confusion and unanticipated issues with my passport and acquiring my student visitor stamp.
