I gained a great insight and experience of living in London, which was my main goal in doing the program. The Intern Group allowed for so many opportunities to explore London as a city.

The onsite administration for The Intern Group was lovely, the catch ups and activities organised allowed me to meet new people in my program and spend some time with them. I had a few problems with housing and personal admin etc, and whenever I emailed The Intern Group they would also always reply so efficiently, and even if they weren't able to do anything right then, they would contact the necessary people and/or speed the process along. In particular, Ariana was able also responsive and in contact whenever anything was wrong, which was a great peace of mind to know if we had any questions or problems that we could always contact her. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Living arrangements were 'okay', my room was quite small, although I do have my own ensuite, I didn't actually request this, and having a larger bedroom would have been highly preferred instead. Internet in the house was and still is a major issue for me, we basically don't get any internet/wifi in our house, and our mobile data (that we pay for) also DOES NOT work in the house (No Service) when the wifi is down, making it incredibly difficult to do anything. The only time I get strong internet is while out on my mobile or at work. Host International advertises that all housing has wifi, but mine does not, I have alerted The Intern Group who I think have been pushing the process along, although we haven't had a change at all, it has been around 2 weeks since myself and my roommates have alerted the issue. |

Safety in the house was fine, however having different cleaners come in each week was a worry for me, as you don't know who will be going into your room or how many people have keys to the house. |
