What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I had a great experience and taking this class in Oxford was much better that it would have been in Geneseo.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Generally had good advice about what to see, but was often wrong about prices and small things.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

Breakfast served by the dining hall was good. Dinner served by the dining hall was generally bad. Lunch and weekend dinners were at our own expense. There were several pubs around that served good food, but for the most part, the food wasn't all that good.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The trips were great. It would be worth spending extra time in London on your own.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

No issues.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? It would be a very good idea to go on trips on weekends, especially on the long weekend.
