What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

I love Moracco, The ONLY reason I would not do it again is because there are other places to see and expereince. I learned that what is standard to the US (me) is not the standard there! But my experience was GREAT! Loved it!

* Overall educational experience Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.	I was not enrolled in the class so this was all just experiences for me!

* Housing: How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?
* Food:	None
* Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture?	The group of travlers, very memorable for me- we became like family! The camel ride to our tent - suprise but pleasently so, the food was wonderful, the cultural was different than expected. I was expecting a very Muslim country - it was an open religion country but mostly Muslim. It was a wonderful expereince - one that I know traveling through Marygrove made happen for me- I will travel again with them any time!
* Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program?
* Safety:	Safety is using my common street smarts. I never felt threatened at all but we never went anywhere alone and we made sure none of our "family" did either!
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program?	No

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program?	1. bring a warm coat or sweatshirt 2. Live the expereince of traveling (don't turn down experinces) live them 3. Learn about your country's customs and history 4. Go with the flow! take it easy, relax and let it all work itself out!
