Review Your Program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Half way between school and town, all of the house mates were great guys.

* Food:

N/A. Rarely ate on campus, mostly cooked for myself.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to travel much due to monetary restrictions, but the trips that I did go on, to Oxford and Edinburgh, were fun and worthwhile.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

No health or safety concerns throughout the program.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Got a loan for $8000 before leaving, and went through most of it on living expenses and travel.

Language

Language acquisition improvement?

N/A

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Staffs has a great program which gives you a chance to really hone your skills with less stellar equipment than what we get spoiled with at Hartt. This program would be best for an MPT who is pretty confident in their skills and can work without faculty supervision on most of their assignments.
