About

Escuela de Espanol UG was founded in 1994 and is a branch of the University of Guadalajara, the second largest institution of higher learning in Mexico. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta between the rugged Sierra Madre mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Escuela de Espanol lends an opportunity to study Spanish and Mexican culture while enjoying the shores of Mexico's largest bay, the Bahia de Banderas. Classes at all levels are taught in 100% Spanish. A highly participatory teaching method is utilized, so that all students are encouraged to be involved in supportive group interaction.
