What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained a lot of cultural experience. Peru was my first South American country. I also developed my professional and language skills.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

My host family was amazing and i still talk to them.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

i attended cultural event with my host family and rode the bus very often.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I spent two days in the hospital and it reminded me of a hospital at home, only more privacy. The only problems were the obvious language barrier and the fact that I was so far away from home.

* Safety:

Cusco is definitely safer than Lima, however, I do not recommend staying out too late because you could still encounter problems.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
