What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned that the world is so much more than just the U.S, or even Mexico. And that if you don't put yourself out there you are always going to be in your comfort zone whether that is just your group of friends, your university, your town, or even your country. There is so much more to learn and see than we imagine and we need to take every opportunity we have to experience these kinds of things.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Find a nice cheap restaurant because it's extremely difficult to cook on campus and restaurants in hong kong are expensive.
