Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Absolutely awesome - both professors were great.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Also awesome, friendly and accessible 24/7.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Dorms were clean, nice, and accessible, even if a tad small.

* Food:

Hong Kong food...it's always great. On campus isn't very tasty, though.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Not so much out where the school is, but in the city is much more fun.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I went to the Tuen Mun hospital, the doctors spoke good English and all was well. Four stars because it is a bit scary compared to US hospitals.

* Safety:

Hong Kong has a very low crime rate, it was safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Hong Kong food is cheap! Well, it can be expensive if you want it to. But especially around Lingnan, it is easy to live on a cheap budget.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? $490
