What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I enjoyed meeting other study abroad students from other schools and connecting with them, as well as having the ability to travel so easily. Experiencing a completely different education system was also very interesting, and I realized that I definitely prefer the American system. I'm really glad I studied abroad, but if I had another chance I would have preferred studying in the fall semester or choosing a different program.

| Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | Groceries were about £20-30 each week, travel was the most expensive, about £80-120 per month depending on how often I went out. |
| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Try to cook as often as possible rather than going out to eat, since everything in London is so expensive. Also try to get student discounts wherever applicable. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I wish I had more knowledge on the British education system as well as the styles of courses offered at the universities. Going from a small liberal arts college to a large university was a difficult transition. |
