I gained life long friends and a greater understanding of an area I decided to go to two months before the program started.

I didn’t have any need for the health services but no one in my program caught covid.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I spent a bit of money but more than anything it was spent on travel, I traveled nearly every weekend and that of course adds up. Living costs in Mérida itself are low.
