Pleasant Past Review

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I was able to have the opportunity to visit the United Kingdom through a study abroad program. This opportunity taught me many valuable lessons, which I will be able to carry with me through life. Studying abroad has helped me grow as a person. I have gained more experience academically and professionally. In my personal life, I no longer over pack for trips. I have also gained self-confidence, allowing me to take risks and open up in other ways. Academically and professionally I have learned to be able to think outside the box now that I know more about the United Kingdom health care system, which allows me to learn new protocols and techniques.
