I gained an even greater love for traveling, teaching, and exploring new places. It was worth every penny and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.

Dr. Carter and Dr. L are two of the most intelligent, kind, and loving professors that I know. Their passion for education was displayed very clearly on this trip. |

* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The housing arrangements were about like I expected. We stayed in cabins on the beach that housed 8 people. It was very similar to camping. I would've enjoyed nicer living arrangements, but we made the best out of it. |

The food was amazing!!! The cooks at Forfar do so good at preparing meals for us. The peach pancakes were to die for. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I felt integrated with the culture every day that I was there. The most integration that I experienced was definitely in the school. We also ate at a local restaurant, visited shops, and were taught how to weave baskets by two native Bahamian women. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
We didn't have any health related issues on our trip. |

Everyone was so nice. I never felt scared or threatened in any way. |
| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I was able to teach in a new environment, explore ocean life that I have never seen before, and discover a new culture. |

You don't need much money while you are here. I spent money on ice cream, a few souvenirs, and food at the airport. |
