My host family was extremely nice, I just wish we got to choose our own roommates.

Wish I could've spent more time in Costa Rica.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

It was wicked chill, loved every part about it.

Finances

I'm not much of a spender. Brought $400 with me and only spend about half until the last 2 days when we went souvenir shopping.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? ~$15-25
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Be wise with your money, don't spend like crazy. I'm a minimalist so it really wasn't hard.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish we had more bonding times with the girls in my group before we left so that we would already know each other.
