I learned a lot about different cultures and perspectives through which people see the world. I learned a lot about the history and continuous struggles in South Africa.

A Look Back

  • floor/housing meetings were useless and not enjoyable
  • tried to be accommodating but sometimes not organized enough
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? You need to make your own effort to really become friends with other students at the university. choosing classes before getting to SA is crucial for getting into the classes you want to. The credit system is very different and should be explained.
