What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was definitely worthwhile. I really got to experience a whole new world. I just wish that I had picked an exchange program..not an affiliated one.

* Food:

No food options were provided.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Poorly only in the sense that if you were sick for a day and missed class, the only way you can have it be excused is with a doctors note and you are only allowed ONE absense...which is unreasonable for a whole semester.

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Honestly I cannot say. I spent so much money on travelling that I do not know.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Yes, try to cook at home as much as possible.
