Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The educational experience was good, school was tough as always but manageable.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The host country administrators were very helpful during my time abroad.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend other students to live in student dorms.

* Food:

I enjoyed cooking for myself, however it was a bit different because I was used to having a meal plan in my home university.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Aberdeen became my new home, I was living in a multicultural environment that was very diverse socially and culturally, I could not ask for more.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I had a good healthcare plan when abroad, on top of that healthcare in Scotland is free. Luckily, I did not need to use any of that because I never got sick.

* Safety:

Aberdeen is very safe, they even have night buses from town to student dorms for students who enjoy the nightlife.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 80 dollars
