Review Your Program

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Some of the hotels were not as great as others... but it is all about the experience!

* Food:

Loved the food! There were always a ton of options!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

When we have guided tours we were able to get to know the tour guides and really immerse ourselves in the experience! Along with that when we were not with the group we were free to do whatever so we could experience the food and somewhat the lifestyle of people that lived in the areas!

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I did not have any healthcare problems but one person did on the trip and he was taken to a doctor who helped him!

* Safety:

I felt completely safe everywhere we went!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I would pick it again because not only was it academically intriguing but the people on the trip made it fun and I was able to get a new experience in Europe!

The Nearly Native or Trail Blazer
Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
