What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about different cultures, making friends of different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds (not just american), and learning how others have lived. One girl ran away from war to come to Londong. An amazing story and realize how precious life really is. Also, if first time on your own, learn more responsibility and independence.
