"This experience was incredibly worthwhile! I learned about other cultures, my own culture, and German culture. Not all learning has to take place in an academic space, and my experience at Jacobs reaffirmed this. "
A student Wellesley College
"If I could have met the same people elsewhere, I would choose a different program if I did it all over again. I really value the relationships I made with some of the exchange students and transfer students. It was nice that all of us were able to experience Jacobs for the first time together."
Rebecca M Wellesley College
"I learned more about the people and the local experience of life in the Middle East, (from anecdotes and friends), that I could not have possibly gained in the US. Also, in terms of the people, I more than once learned about the differences in social interaction and how to adapt to fit it. "
