What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned to be confident in navigating throughout a city on my own. I learned to be more confident in my spanish speaking skills.

Intensity was good, classes were really good, and faculty support was always there.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Host parents were amazing, very caring, and I loved their cats!

* Food:

Host parents food was delicious. Argentinian food at restaurants definitely lacked in spices.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I feel like I was really able to learn from observation and being immersed while living in Argentina.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Housing director was amazing with my health needs

* Safety:

Felt safe walking to places but you do need to be very cautious about your phone

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I love the people I met, the staff, my host family, and the city! So much to do and so much to see!

I am low-income but with the Gilman scholarship it made studying abroad affordable
