I learned: how to be independent how to fend for myself how to interact with people from different cultures that there are more god than bad people in the world to not judge people when first meeting them to have an open mind and attitude to never take anything for granite

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? save eating out for the weekends or when you go on trips split what you can with roommates make dinners together constantly look for deals because they are everywhere for students only talk a certain amount for a trip and try to come back with something (aka don't spend it all and let it roll over to the following weeks budget)

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? The dates of finals-i had to change my plane home and it cost me $400
