The workload was not difficult at all. Professors and resources were extremely helpful.

Food was AWESOME!

We had several excursions to surrounding cities in Spain.

I felt very safe and at ease in Salamanca. You have to be careful in the bigger cities, though, like Madrid and Barcelona.

* If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same program? Yes
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Budget your money wisely. Make too many friends and study too hard.
* What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile? AIFS in Salamanca, Spain was absolutely wonderful. It opened my eyes to another culture and another side of the world. I have more of an understanding for foreigners who come to the USA now.
