Abroad101 was founded in 2007 by longtime friends Mark Lurie, Adam Miller, and Mike Stone. Our Team is now joined by five other full-time team members. Read more about our inspirational story on our blog.
Our Mission
Abroad101’s mission is to promote global citizenship by fostering the most meaningful study abroad experience for all students through technology innovation in international education.
What We Do
Abroad101 provides software-as-a-service tools to institutions of higher education that want to collect study abroad program evaluations from students, automatically share that information with students, create reports on their data, and compare their data to other institutions.
Abroad101.com contains a directory of study abroad programs across which students and administrators can view, read, or aggregate evaluation data collected from partner institutions and directly from students. Study abroad program providers can manage their program listings and use Abroad101 to reach prospective students.
