About

Ecuador is one of the smallest countries in South America, but it has a diversity that many larger countries can only dream of. Its natural landscape includes Amazon rainforest, Andean highlands, gorgeous beaches, and the Galapagos Islands. Ecuador has a friendly and welcoming culture, so World Endeavors students can easily become part of a university community, and the blend of indigenous, Spanish, and international influences here makes for a fascinating living and learning environment. With a dialect of Spanish that’s renowned for being clear and easy to understand, Ecuador is an ideal place to become immersed in the language, and it’s a perfect jumping-off point for exploring South America.
