University of Westminster: London - Study Abroad Semester or Year with an Optional Internship

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
The most valuable thing that I learned was the experience of living in another country. Being able to adapt to different cultures is a very important thing that I think everyone should learn.
