It was very worthwhile. Study abroad helped me to decide to major in International Relations for my Masters.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Since you had the ability to choose the class you wanted to take, the workload could be easy or hard. The professor I had was very knowledgable in the area she was teaching.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The program overall was very strong in the areas that are discussed above. I actually can't think of one area where there needs to be improvement.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

We were responsible for our own food unless we had a group activity in the evening.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

We travelled to Bath and Stonehedge for the day and did a weekend trip to Scotland.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

The city was very safe at night. Our dorm was locate a couple blocks away from the tube station and several bus stops. No vaccines were necessary for the trip.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
