Independence, personal growth, practical skills, traveling skills - Middlebury College View Entire Review
Definitely worthwhile. I learned a lot about myself, what I'm comfortable with, what makes me happy. I gained experience with a different method of schooling from a large university - something I never would've been exposed to if I hadn't gone abroad. - Middlebury College View Entire Review

If I had to do it all over again, I might pick a place with sunnier, warmer weather where I could do outdoors things all the time and there was a bit more cultural difference. If you don't really wish for rich culture, want to live in a small town, and don't mind constant rain, go to Dunedin! - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review

About

The University of Otago is New Zealand's first, established in 1869 in the city of Dunedin. The university has grown with the city, and today education is the main activity of the city, with 20,000 of the population of 120,000 being students at Otago. The extremely beautiful campus is only 10 minutes' walk of the city centre.
