What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I believe studying abroad is an experience every college student should partake in. The thought of leaving my friends to travel halfway around the world for four months was something I was a little apprehensive about. I was scared to go because I'm a very shy person but now that I've been am so glad that didn't stop me. Studying abroad was one of the only chances I will ever have to meet people from around the world and now wherever I go in the US I have friends. I gained a better understanding of Australia culture and it really helped me open my eyes to the possibilities the world offers.

We were met at the airport by an Education Abroad Advisor and he stayed with our group for the first few days showing us around Sydney and letting us get acclamated.

So much fun and a huge influence on my time abroad. I loved exploring Sydney and neighboring towns/beaches.
