My experience abroad was amazing. I did not want to leave and I cannot wait to go back to Sydney.

TEAN was amazing in helping me pick my classes and change my schedule around before the program even started.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The Meriton serviced apartments in Bondi Junction is the best possible place you can live when studying abroad in Sydney. They are beautiful and have amazing views of the city and the harbor. They also couldn't be in a better location- above the main bus/train terminal, across the street from the taxi stand and across the street from the best mall ever! It is also located near many great restaurants and shops.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

The program did help a lot in directing me where to go when in Sydney. When I needed healthcare while on a TEAN trip, the chaperone was SO amazing in helping me and getting me treatment and the best care possible.

You ALWAYS feel safe in Sydney.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Sydney is expensive so be prepared!

* What did you like most about the program?
  • TEAN is amazing in helping everyone individually.
  • The housing accommodations were perfect.
  • The orientation really helps you learn about Sydney and navigate the city.
* What could be improved?
  • Nothing!
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? How expensive the city is. I wish I had a warning about how much food costs!
