What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned that the world is an extremely big place and people can get caught up in their tiny bubble. The most worthwhile thing you will ever do as long as you are open to learning.

TEAN was extremely helpful in getting your foot in the door with the lay of the land and how to get around without knowing the language.

Finances

Food in South Korea is fairly cheap if you go to the right places. The restaurants around Korea University are extremely affordable.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Try and cook food if you have access to a kitchen it will help you save some money.
