Set among Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Deakin University is the perfect place to combine the benefits of an on-campus experience with access to Melbourne’s art and music scene. Students are welcomed to their new life in Australia with Deakin’s Beach Welcome Program which takes participants to some of Victoria’s most scenic spots and gets them quickly acclimated to their new university and home. With on-campus housing available, as well as nearby off-campus apartments, students are able to quickly meet other international and Australian students in a relaxed setting. Spend some time exploring downtown Melbourne’s winding by-lanes and quirky cafes, while enjoying a unique on-campus experience. Students attending Deakin also have access to our on-site Resident Director in Melbourne.

The Education Abroad Network (TEAN) Scholarships

TEAN Full Ride Scholarship

The Education Abroad Network Full Ride Scholarship is designed to give a stand-out student the opportunity to study abroad. Studying abroad is a personal journey and the winning applicant will show us not only the journey they’ve been on to arrive at this point, but also the journey they envision studying abroad will entail. This annual scholarship can be used for TEAN program and covers tuition, program fees and orientation orientation (up to $15,000 value).

Oct 15

Guidelines/Requirements:
- Students can apply for a Merit, Need or Diversity TEAN Scholarship by the deadline to be considered. - Must meet the GPA and eligibility requirements for the individual program(s) that they want to attend. - Disbursement can only be applied towards total program fees. Cash disbursements will not be made under any circumstances. - Scholarship applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
