I learned how to be more independent. I learned how to cook, clean, and travel on my own.

It was easy to communicate with the International Office on Bond University's campus and TEAN's employees.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Living in Peppers Hotel was an amazing and beautiful place to live. 4 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, and other food areas.

* Food:

Great healthy food, less preservatives.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I felt very integrated. Not only did I meet Australians but I met many people from all over the US and other places around the world.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I did not use healthcare.

* Safety:

It is common culture for Australians to be aggressive during nightlife hours, but overall very safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Australia is not an easy place to travel to since it is across the world, so I am grad I was able to go there for the amount of time that I did. The weather was beautiful.

Comments: While the wine tasting portion of this course was enjoyable the lecture and wine evaluating portions were extremely difficult. The professor was a harsh grader and unfair grader.

Comments: This course took place on an North Stradbroke island. This course was extremely enjoyable, allowed students to gain hands on experience learning about the natural foliage, geography, and animals located in Australia. If you do not like nature this course may not be for you. The professor and TAs added to the enjoyment of the course as well.
